We offer various shipping methods:
- UPS Standard and expedited - Fast and reliable shipping for packages weighing up to 70KG. Their dependable tracking numbers allow you to watch your parcel through out its journey.
- "Cheaper" shipping companies - We have used virtually all of the available shipping companies at our disposal and have found UPS to be the best and now the cheapest. We generally ship with them but we are happy to use a different shipping company like TNT if you prefer.
- Pallet Express Shipping - We offer an inexpensive pallet service for countries within the EU. Pallets can be up to 150kg (if larger please contact us for rates) and will be at your door in 2-4 days.
Shipping Weight
Estimate your shipping cost by pressing "Estimate shipping" . Please note that the weight at the top of this field is the PACKAGED weight does not match the weigh in the shopping cart area. Here the weigh is a reflection of the packaged goods. Since we package your beers and wines so that they will not break the packaging will increase the weight a bit. If your packaged weight is above 70KG you will see "shipping can not be determined at this time". Just take a few bottles out, refresh the page, and press "Estimate shipping" again. The Prices
Shipping prices will be calculated when checking out. You can also use our handy "Shipping Estimator" located in your shopping cart area. Please understand that we use a lot of packing material to insure that your items will arrive safely. For example, glasses are packed into individual boxes and then placed into one larger box to insure that they do not get broken in transit. Therefore the weight from the packing increases the total weight of the parcel, general by at least a few kg.
We try very hard to have accurate shipping estimates; however, if we find that after packing your order that the weight is different we will happily refund the difference.
Weight units are in kilograms (every product in our online catalog has its weight listed, but as a rule of thumb: a 12oz/33cl bottle is roughly 0.6 weight units, 17oz/50cl is roughly 0.9 weight units, and 25.4oz/75cl is roughly 1.5 weight units).
Prices are all in euro's.
Please note, shipping to a countries island will often be an additional cost. Also, when ordering mixed packages including beer and glasses using UPS there may be an additional surcharge as the size of the box becomes a factor in the shipping price. Packing glasses can be tricky and does increase the size of the box, however, our method will ensure that they will make it to you safely or we will refund your money for anything broken.
